Our Mercaptan systems were designed from experience and your feedback.

Compare systems and look for the following:

•  ASME storage tank with 350 psig pressure rating - tank is safe from overpressure from equipment failure or operator error allowing LPG back to mercaptan storage tank.
•  Reliable meters with +/- 0.5% accuracy - ensures you are injecting the right amount to meet stringent regulations with no give away. Due diligence and savings can both be checked off.
•  Level Indicators on storage tank - visual indication of mercaptan inventory and used for closed loop calibration.
•  Closed loop calibration - allows easy meter calibration and verification – no gloves, beaker, disposal or that orange spray required!
•  Flush Port - This is HUGE for the maintenance people - flush port allows easy mercaptan flushing prior to maintenance. Flush pumps, filters, meters etc. prior to disassembly or replacement. Use existing LPG.
•  Flush Ports - This is HUGE for the maintenance people - strategiecally located flush ports allows easy mercaptan flushing prior.
•  System Integration. Our system can be as simple as meter pulse outputs to your preset controllers which in turn control the inject solenoid. We can also provide Smart Controllers which will manage the injection process with your main product input. - easily integrates with your site equipment.
